Intelligent Safety Helmet
To efficiently manage personnel engaged in construction, maintenance, inspection and other on-site operations, we have launched a new intelligent safety helmet with a supporting management platform, enabling real-time monitoring of staff location, behavior and safety status.
Addressing the pain points of traditional safety helmets—frequent charging and inconvenient use in field environments—this product adopts solar power supply and low-power design, supporting long-term cable-free operation in most scenarios.
The system features an electronic fence function supported by GPS+BLE hybrid positioning. When personnel approach hazardous areas or leave the work zone without authorization, the helmet triggers an immediate voice alarm, while the platform receives and prominently displays the alert.
Integrated with a 6-axis sensor, high-voltage proximity detection, environmental monitoring modules and LoRaWAN low-power communication technology, the helmet is widely applicable to construction, tunneling, electric power, railway and other industries. It delivers stable and reliable personnel safety monitoring in both indoor and outdoor environments.
